A HUGE thank you to Mamaw for keeping me last Friday, so Momma could get a ton of stuff done. It was so fun to play with you all day! Posted by Picasa

Look how big she is...17 pounds already! Posted by Picasa

So...we've lived in this house for almost 2 months now, and I still don't have everything put up/hung/etc. It is driving me crazy!

But on a good note, Hannah is doing amazing. She is not even like the same tiny baby that I have seen her as for the past 10 months. She is such a little person. She has her limits and pushes mine constantly. She can be so loving, yet so distant sometimes. We definitely have our roles in the home. She knows that Daddy is the jungle gym and Momma is the one to love on. Although, Daddy gets a little of that too. She is pulling up on everything. She never stays in one place anymore. There is no watching TV while Hannah plays on the floor. She will be in your lap in about 30 seconds. She loves to interact with people. Her therapist came to evaluate her the other day and she says she is doing great. The only things she is not doing right now is holding her own bottle (she's lazy!) and banging stuff on the table. She pats her hand, but if anything is in her hand, it directly ends up in her mouth. She is beginning to remind me of Maddy. Hannah does that high-pitched squeel that Maddy always did.

We are looking into part-time daycares to get Hannah some kid interaction and we are beginning story time next week! This full-time Mom and full-time work is wearing on me. Working 20-21 hour days will definitely tire you out. I don't recommend it.

Anyway...I need sleep...gotta go!

This is what happens when you leave a baby unsupervised...(She is underneath the exersaucer with her head through the middle.) See picture below. She got under there to concentrate on something...hence the bulge in the back of her onezie!!!! Posted by Picasa

We Made the Chart!!!!

I never thought we'd do it... Hannah has finally made it onto the normal infant growth chart. I know all of you are like, um, so what? But, every time we went to the doctor, she was always looked at like a "preemie." Which I know she always will be, and I am OK with that to an extent. I am completely proud of her and everything she has overcome in the past 9 months, but sometimes I want to forget that she is "different" in the eyes of medicine. Anywhoo, she had her 9 month check up today, and her stats are: weight 15'6"--5th percentile
height 26 1/4-10th percentile
head 16 1/2-5th percentile

We're so thrilled at her accomplishments and could not be prouder of her. She amazes us everyday with her new skills. For those who don't know...she is now sitting up, babbling, laughing hysterically (usually at her Daddy), getting from point a-point b (in her own form of crawling), and just recently pulling up and taking steps while holding your hands.

She is an amazing little girl that has blessed everyone that has met her. Her strength is unmeasurable and she inspires me everyday to be the best mom I can. I can't believe she will be turning 1 in a few months (tear...).

She wants to say something.... pkghk c;.gc'fd;gg;aglls59068-=. (I love mashed potatoes and miss my KK!)

Love to all,
Jennifer
